He has over 15 years of experience of leading, designing and developing software on many different platforms, and specializes primarily on the .NET stack. Assaf has 5+ years of experience managing software teams, and is an expert on agile methodologies such Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), as well as agile engineering practices including TDD and pair programming.


 
Alon Levi
Alon Levi is a Consultant at SELA Group. He specializes in smart UI applications with cutting edge technologies such as WPF, MVVM, Prism and MEF. He is highly skilled in C&C applications containing video and maps and involving DirectShow, ESRI and other third party vendors. Alon has vast experience in system architecture and design and has a deep understanding of how client applications behave. Alon has a lot of passion to solve deep issues regarding application modularity and robustness, and specializes in WPF performance issues.
 
Ran Wahle
Ran Wahle is a Consultant at SELA Group. He specializes in various Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET MVC and has served in many projects as a senior developer and technology leader. Ran has over 5 years of experience in the development industry, in addition to his 3 years of experience as a system administrator. Ran specializes also in refactoring legacy projects along with migrating them to new technologies.


 
Michael Haberman
Michael Haberman is a Consultant at SELA Group. He specializes in rich client technologies such as WPF, Silverlight, Windows Phone and XNA. He participated in several projects with complex infrastructure using Prism and MVVM, led a team of XAML designers and served as part of the architecture task force. Michael has also a wide experience with server-side technologies, including WCF and Entity Framework.

Guy Burstein works for Microsoft Israel where he plays with all the latest developer tools and technologies. Shlomo Goldberg
Shlomo Goldberg is a Consultant and Instructor for Sela Group. He leads the infrastructure team at Sela Technology Center. Shlomo instructs and consults on behalf of Sela Group on various topics, including Windows Form Applications, Web Applications and more – on all the involved aspects: from the DB through the Business Logic to the client side. Shlomo’s experience revolves around developing C# applications, Reporting Services, finding solutions for ASP.NET applications that operate in a low bandwidth environment and AJAX-based applications.
